The Kill Zones
London Kill Zone
02:00–05:00 ET. The European open drives the sharpest moves of the day — the best window for breakout and reversal setups.
NY Kill Zone
08:00–11:00 ET. Coincides with the US equity open. High liquidity, high volatility, and where most major news releases land.
Asian Session
19:00–01:00 ET. Lower volatility — useful for range trading and spotting the London manipulation target before it sweeps.
