These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bravo Lima Trading ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, indicators, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We provide access to proprietary technical-analysis indicators for use on TradingView, delivered as invite-only scripts, plus related resources (guides, videos, community access) depending on your plan. Access is granted to the TradingView username and/or Discord username you provide — keeping these accurate is your responsibility.

2. No Financial Advice

Our indicators and any related content (guides, videos, courses) are educational and informational tools only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. One free trial is permitted per person/TradingView account/email address — creating multiple accounts to claim additional trials is not permitted and may result in access being revoked.

4. Payments and Plans

• Plans are billed as described at checkout — one-time payment for a fixed access period, or lifetime access, as selected.
• Payments are processed via our third-party crypto payment gateway. Prices are shown in USD; the actual cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of payment.
• Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed on-chain, which can take a few minutes depending on network conditions.
• Because access is granted immediately and indicators are digital goods, all sales are final except where required otherwise by law. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — contact us via Discord.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute your access or our indicator source code; attempt to reverse-engineer any indicator; circumvent access controls; or use the Service in any way that violates TradingView's own Terms of Service.

6. Affiliate Program

If you participate in our affiliate program, commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your unique referral code or link, subject to the terms communicated to you at approval. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates or terminate the affiliate program, or any individual affiliate's participation, at our discretion — including for fraudulent or abusive referral activity.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. TradingView platform outages, maintenance, or issues outside our control may affect availability of indicators from time to time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, including abuse of the free trial, chargebacks, or attempts to circumvent access controls. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
