This Privacy Policy explains how Bravo Lima Trading ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, purchase a plan, or use our TradingView indicators and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the Service:

• Account information — your email address, TradingView username, and (optionally) Discord username, provided when you sign up for a free trial or purchase a plan.
• Payment information — we do not process or store card or wallet details ourselves. Payments are handled by our crypto payment processor (ATLOS); we only receive confirmation that a payment was made, not your payment credentials.
• Usage data — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and to understand aggregate usage.
• Communications — messages you send us via Discord, email, or our contact form.

2. How We Use Information

• To grant and manage your access to indicators on TradingView.
• To send transactional emails — purchase confirmations, trial activation, access expiry notices.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To operate our affiliate program, including tracking referrals made through an affiliate's code or link.
• To improve the Service and detect fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service — for example, our payment processor (to confirm payment), TradingView (to grant script access), and our email delivery provider (to send transactional emails). Each of these providers only receives the minimum data needed for their function.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and payment records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as required for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your Rights

You can exercise these yourself from your account, under Your data:

• Access — download everything we hold about you as a single file, immediately.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and personal information. We confirm by email once it is done, normally within a few days and at most one month.

What erasure does and does not remove. We delete your email address, linked accounts, sessions and login history, and revoke any access you hold. We keep the amount and date of payments you made, with your name, email address and wallet address removed from them — accounting and tax law require us to retain commercial records for up to ten years, and GDPR Article 17(3)(b) provides for exactly this. Those records can no longer be connected to you.

5a. Retention, and what that means for backups

We take a daily backup of our database, kept for a limited period and stored with our backup provider. When we erase your data from our live systems, copies may remain in those backups until they rotate out in the normal cycle. We do not restore backups in order to recover erased data, and if a backup ever were restored, the erasure would be applied again.

Our server logs record technical information — email addresses in delivery logs, IP addresses in security logs — for a limited period before being overwritten. These are kept to operate and secure the Service, not to build a profile of you.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
